RV Investigator Voyage IN2024_V01 Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometer (FRRF) Data

This dataset contains underway and discrete Fast Repetition Rate Fluorometer (FRRF) measurements collected during the Multidisciplinary Investigations of the Southern Ocean (MISO) voyage aboard RV Investigator (IN2024_V01) between January and March 2024. Measurements include chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters collected under dark- and light-adapted conditions, together with photosynthesis–irradiance (PI) curve measurements from underway observations. The dataset includes processed electron transport parameters, including maximum electron transport rate, light utilisation efficiency and light saturation index, together with supporting raw fluorescence transient data and calibration files. These observations provide information on phytoplankton photophysiology and photosynthetic performance across the Southern Ocean.
