Data: 1) vcf file produced by AGRF bioinformaticists, based on sequencing data deposited at: Sequencing was performed on 10B 300 cycle lanes on the Illumina NovaSeq X platform, yielding 150 bp paired end reads. Initial bioinformatics was conducted at AGRF using the DeNovoGBS function from NGSEP Version 4.2.0 (07/01/2022) 56 resulting in a vcf file with 224,347 SNPs.
